Privacy & decorative window film
Frosted, patterned and one-way options for bathrooms, entry glass, conference rooms and storefronts — with honest guidance on what each can do.
What window film gives the most privacy?
Frosted or opaque decorative films give the most privacy because they obscure the view both day and night. Reflective films give daytime privacy only, when it's brighter outside than in. For bathrooms, sidelights and street-facing rooms that need privacy after dark, frosted or decorative film is usually the right choice.
Does one-way mirror window film work at night?
Not in the way people expect. Reflective 'one-way' films rely on the outside being brighter than the inside. At night, with interior lights on, the effect reverses and people outside can see in. Use frosted film or window treatments where you need nighttime privacy.

Frequently asked questions
Can frosted film be removed later?
Yes. Decorative films are designed to be removable, which makes them a flexible alternative to etched or sandblasted glass.
Can you put a logo on glass?
Decorative films can be cut into bands and simple designs. Ask us about your idea and we'll tell you what's practical.
Will frosted film make my bathroom dark?
Frosted films let light through while obscuring the view, so rooms stay bright.
Is privacy film good for offices?
Yes. It's one of the most common uses — glass conference rooms, private offices and partitions.
